The Physical Classroom
Jan Brett Classroom Signs- Beautiful signs to label every nook and cranny of your classroom.Clean Desk Fairy Notes- These fantastic little notes will motivate students to keep those desks clean!
Use this interactive website to 'set up' your classroom. I was skeptical, but it actually works. The shapes are a bit basic, but it will hopefully save you hours of moving desks around only to find out you don't really like it as much as you thought you did.

8 Secrets of Classroom Design
Classroom Emergency Supplies- A good idea for any classroom. If you are in a disaster-prone area (such as us Bay area California teachers), also consider keeping a kit specific for that. I like the idea of having a flashlight, snacks for the students, bottled water, etc. If you are in lock-down mode, you may have several hours without power, sitting against a wall. Think ahead to alleviate stress.
Door Signs- let visitors know where you are when you leave the classroom-make a cute door wheel! Have the caboose of your line set the wheel whenever you leave the room.
Teacher Control Journal- Amazing resource to help you get your life in order, by The Fly Lady.
Magazine Art- Decorate your classroom with 'magazine covers' with your students as the models.
K Cons- Cutest clip art pictures EVER! Use on labels, posters, newsletters, ect. I love them!
