Girl Power
Unless you work at an all-boys school, you encounter girls all day, every day. And with girls comes 'girl power'. Sometimes this power is delightful-fun, imaginative and free wheeling. But sometimes that power is painful-hurtful to others and even the girl possessing it.
I've spent a lot of time trying to figure out the best way to reach my girls. They are dealing with so much. Friend drama, body drama, academic drama, parent drama-where does it end? Hopefully in our classrooms. Use the resources below to help you mentor and model a strong, confident personality that will inspire our girls to use their power for good.
